Do I need to register/login before booking online?

No, you can proceed using the online booking tool without completing the register/login page.

You will be required to put your name, birthday, gender, country, address, contact number and email address.

How do I delete my Profile with Rajah Travel?

Please send an email to Rajah Travel for profile deletion.

How do I update my Profile?

"Edit" option is available when you access your Profile.

Is there an age requirement in creating a Profile?

Register/Login is available to 18 years old above otherwise, Rajah Travel reserves the right to delete a Profile without prior notice.

How can I change my password?

You may access your Profile and click "Change Password" from the dropdown.



Online Booking

How late can I book my flight?

Bookings are accepted 72 hours prior to date of departure.

How cn I pay for my online booking?

Payment is thru credit card (Visa or Mastercard), Agency or Cash Bank Deposit. For Philippine market, Bancnet or Over-the-Counter (OTC) payments may be accepted on selected transactions.

You will be required to put your name as it appears on your passport, date of birth, email address and telephone number.

How can I pay for my online booking?

Payment is thru Agency or cash bank deposit.

What is an e-ticket?

Electronic ticket or e-ticket is a document that contains your flight information and ticket number.

How will I know if I have purchased a ticket?

An electronic ticket receipt will be sent via e-mail.

May I send a representative to pay for the tickets?

Yes. However, for credit card transactions, card owner must be present at time of payment.

What mode of payments are accepted?

We accept cash bank deposit either in PHP or USD currency. We also accept American Express, Visa or Mastercard creditcard payments thru Agency ticketing.

What do the "Titles" , mean in the Guest Details page?

Mr - Adult
Ms - Adult Women
Mstr - Male Children
Miss - Female Children

How do I enter Sr. in my name?

Suffix may be entered in the last name box.

My baby will turn 2 on our return trip, do I book him as child or infant?

You should book him as a child.

My passport has already expired. Can I still book my flights?

Yes. Please ensure that a valid passport will be released prior to your date of departure. You may contact us to provide the valid passport information.

I have already purchased my ticket but have decided to bring my children with me.
Can I go back online and book their flights?

No. Please contact Rajah Travel Corp. for booking. Our online booking tool has been designed to treat children as Unaccompanied Minor if booked without an adult on the same record.

Where can I view the summary of the total cost?

You may click on Fares found on the Booking Summary details.

Can I book package tours online?

No. You may give us a call or fill up an Online Booking Request Form. A Travel Consultant will reply and customize a trip package based on your request.

How do I know my booking class?

Booking class is indicated on the flight summary.

How do I know the type of aircraft?

It will be indicated on your itinerary.

I misspelled my last name? How do I correct this?

Please give us a call or send us an email.

Can I change or cancel my booking online?

No. Please call the airline directly.

Can I change or cancel my booking via email?

No. Please call the airline directly.

Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?

Etickets are non endorsable.

Can I get a refund for the ticket I didn't use?

Refund policy may vary per ticket. For clarification or assistance, you may also send us an email.

How much is my rebooking penalty?

Rebooking penalty is indicated in the fare rules and may vary per ticket. For clarification or assistance, you may also send us an email.



My Trips

Can I view my booking online?

Yes, you may view your booking by logging into your Profile or click on View/Print My Itinerary.

What do I need to present when making a payment?

Kindly bring a copy or your confirmation booking. If purchasing an international ticket, please present your valid passport with visa (if applicable).

How can I choose a specific seat for my flight?

Please call the airline to request specific seat assignments. Some airlines require a fee for seat booking.



Check-in

With an e-Ticket, how do I check in at the airport?

You may present your e-ticket itinerary and travel related documents upon check-in.

You will be required to present your valid passport , visa (if applicable) and other travel related documents.
