As of 07 September, to join a package tour regulated by the guidelines of Japan Tourism Agency.
Please find below documentary requirements:
A. Basic Documents
1. Passport (Holder's signature required)
2. Application form with a facial photo (4.5x3.5cm) must be attached.
B. For package tour accompanied by tour guide through all the travel
(Documents prepared by Travel agency in Japan)
1. Photocopy of “Certificate for Completion of Registration to the ERFS system”
2. Resume of tour
3. List of participants
4. Itinerary of tour
5. Contact information of travel agency
6. Tour guide s certificate of employment
7. Contact information of tour guide
C. For package tour without tour guide (or partially accompanied by tour guide)
(Documents prepared by Travel agency in Japan)
1. Photocopy of “ Certificate for Completion of Registration to the ERFS system”
2. Resume of tour
3. List of participants
4. Itinerary of tour
5. Contact information of travel agency
► In case of (C), the following financial documents required.
(If you have a Japanese multiple valid visa on your passport, these requirements are unnecessary.)
(Documents prepared by applicant/guarantor)
→ In case that applicant shoulder part or all of travel expense
6. Bank Certificate
7. Photocopy of Income Tax Return (Form 2316)
→ In case that guarantor shoulder part or all of travel expense
8. Guarantee Letter
9. Proof of relationship between applicant and guarantor(e.g. Birth Certificates)
10. Bank Certificate
11. Photocopy of Income Tax Return (Form 2316)
