YOUNG TRAVELLER SAVINGS 5 - 7 year-olds SAVE up to 10%

Young Travellers must be under the age of 18 years old on the tour departure date and accompanied by an adult, sharing a twin room (limit of one Young Traveller Discount per room). Children under 5 years old are not accepted on any escorted tour. This discount cannot be combined with our Small Group or Milestone Celebrations Discount.
SINGLE TRAVELLER SAVING INSIGHT’S ROOM MATE MATCHING
For people travelling alone on an Insight coach tour, we'll match you with someone of the same gender, so you don't have to pay the single room supplement. If we fail to match you, we'll provide a single room at no extra cost.
There is a no-smoking policy in all shared rooms. Does not apply to additional accommodation, Riad option on Best of Morocco. Exceptions 1, 2, 3, 6, 7 & 8 apply.
SMALL GROUP DISCOUNTS SAVE 5%
Save money by travelling as a small group. Perhaps it's a social club, sports group or just friends or family! We offer 5% discount if 5 - 8 guests book together. For 9 or more guests, further savings are available!

Insight Offers You Peace of Mind
PROTECTION FROM CANCELLATION FEES!
Only US$99 per person for tours costing up to US$1,200
or US$129 per person for tours costing US$1,201 and above
In the event that one or more European/Mediterranean countries should not grant you a visa, Insight has devised a unique scheme to protect you against cancellation fees! By purchasing Insight's CANCELLATION FEE WAIVER, you are covered for the following:
*Should you cancel your Insight tour for any reason up to 15 days prior to arrival, your deposit and/or payment to Insight will be refunded, minus the charge for the Cancellation Fee Waiver
*Should you cancel within 15 - 01 days prior to the tour departure, you will be charged only 25% of the tour cost, rather than 55%.
*Should you or your travel companion leave at any time during the tour for personal sickness reasons or be required to return home due to injury, illness or death, you and your companion will be refunded US$40 per person per day for the unused portion of the tour (note that in some cases hotels require a one night cancellation fee). A doctor's certificate is required.
The Cancellation Fee Waiver covers the Land arrangements made by Insight Vacations only and excludes tour to Egypt, Israel, Turkey, River Cruises, Greek Cruises, airline deals and rail components. The Cancellation Fee Waiver must be booked at time of making your reservation but can be paid for at the time of making the final payment. The Cancellation Fee Waiver is not refundable for any reason.
No Currency Surcharges
Currencies continually fluctuate, but with Insight, once you have paid your deposit in FULL, your LAND price is guaranteed and any subsequent LAND cost increases are at OUR expense.
NB. This guarantee excludes government taxes, any imposed fuel surcharges, any airlines surcharges that are part of the LAND packages, cruise company surcharges, and international airline fuel surcharges or fare increases (affecting all international airlines). Surcharges within these exceptions are outside our control and may be applied, regardless of payment status, fully paid or not, at any time during the booking process (or may occasionally be required to be paid while on tour).
Definite Departures
At Insight, we are aware you need to plan your travel arrangements early to take advantage of our early payment discounts, utilise frequent flyer or benefit from airline early booking offers.
To assist you when booking ahead, we have designated a great many tours as Definite Departures (DEF); these are guaranteed to operate and we will regularly update our website at www.insightvacations.com with the latest listings for each itinerary.
N.B. Don’t worry if the departure of your choice is not yet designated as ‘DEF’ – we adjust our capacity each year to ensure that the vast majority of tours operate as scheduled and tours will never be rescheduled within 50 days of their departure dates between 01 May & 15 Oct (subject to change if market or other circumstances occur beyond our control).
